Organisations and individuals are constantly thriving to better performance only to find out there is a glass ceiling. Focussing on so called blind-spots may well be the answer. To find out what is holding people back we need to take a look at the subconscious level.
As we see our customers set goals and focus on the outcome we see that setting the bar higher is not the answer when people have limiting beliefs or certain schema's that are holding the performance back. Our vision is that when people think they are performing at a 100% they are actually only performing at a max of 75 to 80%
Combining Technology and Coaching
At Corporate Brain Analytics we created the Tech that makes a clear mental scan of a person within 2 hours. That normally takes multiple weeks and sessions to conduct by counselors, psychologists or consultants.
Only when we found the subject's blindspots we go into an intensive coaching structure to get performance of 75-80% to baseline and beyond.
A study by Stanford University revealed that almost 66% of Chief Executives and even a higher level of Mid- and Senior- Level executives do not have a coach. Most of them said that if a coach was available for them they would find it useful to have them for performance purposes.

All this at the cost of Mental Health and as a great Monetary cost for Society, Institutions and Companies.

20 Years ago we couldn't have imagined Large Corporates would take care of their employees physical health. 20 years from now we see that companies will take active charge of their Employees Mental Health and that Taboos on Mental Health will be broken.

At Corporate Brain Analytics we have worked together with Scientists, Psychologist, Business Coaches and Software Engineers to design a fully driven Analytical Platform to identify where the so called Blind-Spots are of the Employees and Coach them to get back to baseline and Beyond.
HOW DID WE DO IT?
We researched all the available test ever made in the scientific space of behaviourscience and psychology and took only the research that has been proven to be right and proven and tested over a long period of time. It was backtested with different datasets and data-pools subjected to culture, demography, and company culture. We then identified what is usefull and can be used and keep updating it with new findings. We are currently integrating AI and self-learning features into the software to make even better predictions and prescriptive predictions for the future.
